Mechanical Plumbing Supervisor with Maintenance Experience

We are urgently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with strong HVAC and Plumbing background for hospital building maintenance in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in hospital/healthcare facility maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge in:
• HVAC systems (package units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers)
• Plumbing systems (pumps, drainage, water supply)
• Medical gas systems (preferred)
• Ability to supervise mechanical technicians and manage daily maintenance works
• Familiar with hospital safety standards and compliance requirements
• Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

• Supervise preventive & corrective maintenance for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Ensure smooth operation of chillers, pumps, valves, pipe networks, AHUs/FCUs, and drainage systems
• Handle emergency breakdowns efficiently
• Coordinate with facility management and engineering team
• Maintain checklists, logs, and technical reports
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and hygiene protocols

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
