Mechanical Production Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, coordinating with vendors, overseeing manpower, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting in machine assembly and installation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage manpower and allocate tasks efficiently to meet production targets.
• Monitor and optimize the production workflow to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Assist in machine assembly, installation, and troubleshooting during production setup or maintenance.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical or process-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Prepare daily or weekly production reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
