Mechanical Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Mechanical Project Engineer with a strong background in both H*VAC systems and Plumbing* works to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and completion of mechanical services across major infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all mechanical site activities related to HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of chilled water networks, energy transfer stations (ETS), and plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, stormwater, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local codes (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DDA, etc.) and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC).
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design and execution challenges.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and HSE compliance on site.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Manage material procurement schedules, manpower planning, and subcontractor supervision.
