Mechanical Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering mechanical engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and company objectives.
• Review project designs, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and highlight risks or delays with recommended solutions.
• Ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) are designed and installed in accordance with local codes and international standards.
• Assist in procurement activities, including material submittals, vendor evaluations, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at all project stages.
• Support project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical project engineering, preferably in [construction / MEP / relevant industry].
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage project.
• Familiarity with local regulations, international codes, and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
