Project Engineer- Mechanical (Kizad Factory )

Job Purpose:

The Mechanical Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all mechanical works for the KIZAD project. This includes HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other related systems, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role requires hands-on experience in managing large-scale industrial, warehouse, and factory construction projects (preferably in KIZAD or Free Zone projects).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements for mechanical works.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor mechanical activities to align with the overall project program.
• Supervise site execution of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related systems.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free installation.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for approvals and clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with project QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.
• Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) to maximize productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in UAE .
• Experience in managing large industrial, warehouse, and factory construction projects (preferably in KIZAD or Free Zone projects).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and specialized industrial systems.
