Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The Mechanical Project Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of mechanical works, ensuring site progress from project start until final handover. The role includes:

• Supervising site progress and ensuring timely completion.

• Coordinating with authorities (DDA, DM, DCD) and supporting DEWA inspections.

• Managing engineering deliverables: material submittals, shop drawings, coordination & as-built

drawings.

• Performing HAP, hydraulic, and ESP calculations.

• Conducting quantity take-off, material orders, and supplier follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in building projects within Dubai.

• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements and MEP systems
