Junior Estimator - Civil, MEP & Fitout.

1. Quantity Take-Offs & Measurements

• Assist in preparing accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Measure and calculate materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Maintain organized records of quantities for future reference.

2. Cost Estimation Support

• Support project team in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Collect data on material, labor, subcontractor, and equipment costs.
• Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs).

3. Tendering & Bidding

• Help review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Gather quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in compiling tender submissions and proposals.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and price lists.
• Prepare comparison sheets for supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Support in preparing cost summaries and reports for management.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with project engineers, site teams, and procurement for accurate data collection.
• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to clarify specifications and pricing.
• Attend site visits (when required) to gather firsthand project details.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in UAE. Driving license preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
