The Role
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East headquartered in Dubai. Job Description: - Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for fit-out projects. - Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle. - Review contracts, negotiate terms with suppliers/subcontractors, and manage procurement. - Provide accurate reports on project progress, cash flow, and cost control.

Requirements

• Open to Asian nationals, Male, 40 years old and below - At least 2 years relevant experience in interior fit-out industry - Proficient in AutoCAD and has knowledge of site measurements (interior/fitout) - Must have valid UAE driving license
