MEP Estimation Engineer

About Us:
We are a leading interior fit-out company based in Dubai, delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in interior fit-out projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare value engineering proposals as needed.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation specifically within the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Experience with Fire Fighting and Fire alarm (FF/FA) systems is a plus.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
