Senior Project Engineer – Fit-Out

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer (Fit-Out) to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project requirements and local authority regulations.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and handle project documentation.
• Assist in project cost control, variations, and billing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with at least 3–4 years in a senior engineering role in UAE
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and joinery works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
