Job Title: Admin cum Estimation

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling day-to-day office administration, documentation, and correspondence.

· Preparing, reviewing, and submitting quotations, tenders, and cost estimates.

· Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and material details.

· Maintaining project files, records, and invoice tracking.

· Supporting project teams with required documentation and approvals.

· Assisting in procurement and follow-ups for material delivery.

· Preparing reports and assisting management with project updates.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Basic understanding of estimation in [MEP/Civil/related field].

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in estimation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
