Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the spare parts and maintenance warehouse at the operations center, including spare parts procurement, unpacking incoming materials, receiving, and issuing inventory;

2. Maintain circulation and sales records for spare parts usage across various scenarios: internal use, B2B clients, insurance claims, etc.;

3. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts for spare parts, organize data, and perform basic analysis.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiarity with new energy vehicle systems and at least 3 years of inventory management experience for automotive or electronic components;

2. Understanding of UAE automotive aftermarket spare parts regulations, pricing principles, and sales channels. Prior hands-on procurement or sales experience preferred;

3. Knowledge of basic warehouse stacking and organization principles, with at least 1 year of warehouse management experience. Access to local logistics/transportation vehicles, ability to source labor and coordinate warehouse moving/transfer operations;

4. Proficient in computer office software, especially Excel spreadsheets and data reporting; Diligent, proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented;

5. Possess vehicle maintenance experience, capable of performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections when necessary;

6. Experience driving locally in the UAE; local driver's license preferred.
