To lead the inventory management function for multi-vertical operations in UAE, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and control from inventory planning through reconciliation and system posting. This role demands deep SAP ERP/EWM knowledge, cross-vertical expertise, and strong leadership capabilities to drive stock integrity across warehouses and retail stores.

-Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-tier team comprising supervisors, inventory controllers, and coordinators across warehouses and retail operations. -Build a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, providing timely feedback, and conducting structured performance reviews. -Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-training among teams to increase flexibility and resilience. -Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training programs, especially in SAP ERP/EWM usage, inventory processes, and analytical tools. -Ensure team alignment with company values, policies, and code of conduct while driving engagement and accountability at all levels. -Manage workloads and resources effectively to meet business priorities without compromising quality or compliance. -Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting professional growth and succession planning within the inventory function.
