Mechanical Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage mechanical systems in construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
• Review and prepare technical designs, project documentation, and material specifications.
• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide expert support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to align project objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and similar software.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with UAE or GCC region codes, standards, and regulations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
