Mechanical QC Engineer

Position: QC Engineer – Mechanical / Quality Inspection
Location: 702/ B2 GIDC Ind Estate, Makarpura, vadodara-390010
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Industry: Engineering, Manufacturing, CNC, Fabrication, Heavy Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection of engineering components as per drawings and specifications.
• Carry out NDT testing as Level II certified engineer ( LPT Only).
• Interpret NDT results and prepare reports.
• Use measuring instruments such as:
• Vernier Caliper
• Micrometer (OD , ID , Depth)
• Height Gauge
• Bore Gauge
• Dial Indicator
• Thread Gauge & Surface Plate
• Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Handle in-process, final, and incoming inspections.
• Prepare inspection reports (IR), NCR, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain calibration records of instruments.
• Ensure compliance with ISO / customer quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• NDT Level II Certification (ASNT / PCN / ISNT) mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of inspection instruments and NDT procedures.
• Experience in machining, fabrication, casting, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, process control & documentation.
• Good reporting and communication skills.
