Position:

Mechanical Revit BIM Modeler

Experience:

3–5 years (GCC experience preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting) BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes and ensure accurate integration.
• Prepare shop drawings, sections, and as-built documentation from Revit models.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform model checks, quality control, and clash detection.
• Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout design and construction phases.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (Mechanical discipline).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination processes.
• GCC/UAE project experience preferred.
