Freelance AutoCAD Professional

We are looking for an experienced freelance AutoCAD professional with a strong background in both architectural drafting and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of producing high-quality drawings that meet project requirements and local building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD.
• Draft MEP layouts (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) according to provided schematics or instructions.
• Coordinate between architectural and MEP drawings to ensure accuracy and clash-free designs.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and corrections.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience using AutoCAD for architectural and MEP drafting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction details, and technical standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards (please specify country/region if needed).
• Good communication skills and responsiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working with architects, consultants, or engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Revit, BIM, or other drafting tools is a plus.
