Mechanical Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mechanical Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to oversee and coordinate mechanical works at the project site. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, or mechanical piping systems, with proven ability to manage site execution and ensure quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.) as per project specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other site personnel for smooth execution of site activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work in accordance with project timelines.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Review technical drawings and provide feedback or suggestions for improvements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and tools as per site requirement.
• Resolve technical issues and provide support to the site team.
• Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
