Mechanical Site Engineer

Job Purpose :

Supervise / manage implementation of installation, site maintenance, services and troubleshooting process on customer site complying with quality standards as per customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage work group to complete the power transformers installations on site as per project plan achieving quality standards.

• Manage assigned work group to complete on site services to customer as planned by the service manager.

• Manage assigned group to complete on-site maintenance services and measures during product guarantee.

• Ensure materials and tools required to complete assigned site jobs are proactively prepared and safe kept during the mission.

• Coordinate with customer and logistics to expedite readiness of site for the team visit.

• Collaborate with after sales collection team to complete the punch list and provide evidence to of job completion.

• Troubleshoot product problems on site and report findings and course of actions.

• Report weekly progress of installation and customer complaints to direct manage.

Qualification & Education :

Education: B.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

Years of Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Language: Good Command of English.

Computer skills: MS office.
