
Job Responsibilities:

Review and validate shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and design intent.

Plan, schedule, and manage daily site activities in alignment with project timelines and milestones.

Supervise and monitor execution of mechanical works on site to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors’ activities, ensuring productivity, quality of work, and contractual compliance.

Deliver completed works to consultants and customers, ensuring proper inspection, testing, and approvals.

Review and verify subcontractor invoices, work progress, and material deliveries before approval.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to the Project Manager.

Coordinate closely with electrical and civil site engineers to ensure smooth integration of MEP works.

Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and project standards.

Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and site challenges proactively.

Monitor material usage, wastage, and site resources to control costs effectively.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Additional certifications in MEP, HVAC design, or project management are a plus.
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical site engineering within construction/MEP projects.

Experience in large-scale construction or MEP projects is preferred.

Proven experience in managing site execution, subcontractors, and project delivery.

Experience in large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects is preferred.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Solid understanding of shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation.

Ability to manage and coordinate project activities efficiently on-site.

Familiarity with local codes, standards, and authority requirements.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.

Basic understanding of project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.

Leadership and team management capabilities to supervise site teams and subcontractors.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic site environments.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
