Mechanical Site Engineer

• Monitor the installation of Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting, plumbing, AC system.
• Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinate the works with Senior site engineers.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met daily for all Mechanical Installations at the site.
• Ensure the approval of samples and catalogues prior to implementation and the quality of work performed by the Subcontractor /Suppliers according to drawings, codes and industry assets.
• Supervise the implementation of the necessary tests for the stages of work.
• Preparing material submittals, shop drawings, correspondence, as-built drawings / O & M Manuals and ensure completion within stipulated time, cost and product quality.
• Testing, commissioning, and handing over to client.
• Attend site meeting prepare progress reports and co-ordination with client and consultant in consultation with Senior Site Engineers/Project Managers.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
