Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical infrastructure works at construction sites.
- Ensure all mechanical systems and installations comply with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate tasks and manage site operations based on project plans and priorities.
- Address and resolve technical issues in mechanical systems and suggest improvements.
- Plan and manage resources, tools, and equipment related to mechanical infrastructure.
- Enforce safety and health standards on-site.
- Monitor and implement quality control procedures specific to mechanical works.
- Inspect mechanical installations and systems for compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines for seamless site execution.
- Maintain inventory and usage records of mechanical materials and equipment.
- Provide daily / weekly progress reports to senior engineers and project management.
- Troubleshoot site issues and resolve emergency situations promptly.
- Assist in budgeting and reporting for mechanical aspects of the project.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, and infrastructure design.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle pressure.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to different project sites within the Kingdom.
