Coordinating electrical, mechanical, HVAC (air conditioning), and plumbing projects.
Ensuring mechanical installations at site.
Monitoring material stocks and ensuring that requests for required materials are opened in accordance with the work schedule.
Coordinating the mechanical team.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational safety procedures.
Complying with all rules, instructions, procedures, and measures established by the workplace to protect and improve health, safety, and the environment.
Participating in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training, being conscious of the OHS culture, contributing to its promotion, and correctly using and protecting the personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, and machinery provided by the employer.
Immediately reporting any injuries, near-miss incidents, or hazardous situations occurring in the workplace to the manager.
Exercising the \"Stop Work Authority\" when faced with serious or imminent danger or risk of injury due to hazardous conditions in machinery, devices, tools, facilities, or buildings, or due to a lack of safety equipment, PPE, or safety training.
Performing Occupational Health and Safety observations in line with company targets.
Ensuring the delivery of pre-job Toolbox Talks and actively contributing to these training sessions.
What You’ll Need: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Service Channel experience is a plus. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
