MECHANICAL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

· Structural Design , Manual calculations, Machine design.

· Designing, analyzing, and detailing of structures in Staad Pro V8i, AutoCAD & Nastran. STAAD Pro for precise FEA, structural analysis

· Assembly and detailed drawings, calculations and Selection of all mechanical components.

· Conduct static load calculations for structural equipment in accordance with relevant European and British standards (EN & BS codes).

· Design and development of all machines and related structures.

· Coordinating with the shop floor and providing support and ensuring the production of high-quality Design products

· Study architectural drawings and specifications to provide solutions for creating General Arrangement drawings for proposed BMU systems.

· Coordinating with consultants to ensure the successful implementation of equipment on buildings and obtain approvals for the calculations and general arrangement drawings.

· Preparing Technical presentations, operational details, loadings and specifications.

· Prepared Fabrication and manufacturing drawings in line with specified standards and tolerances. and followed up with factory and Vendors.

· Coordinating with Project Manager , project Engineer, Draftsman and sales team.

Education

• BE in /Mechanical / Structural/Civil Engineering

Additional Preferred Qualification

• Diploma in Auto Design, Diploma in Nx, Diploma in Product Designing.
• Auto CAD,Auto CAD 3D, Catia, NX Cad, NX Cam, GD&T
