Key responsibilities include overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions (such as HVAC and plumbing issues), managing spare parts inventory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve maintenance-related problems.
