Sr. Executive – Maintenance

Position: Sr. Executive – Maintenance
Location: Islamabad
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in QSR, hospitality, or retail maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

* Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns (kitchen, production, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.).
* Asset & Equipment Management: Maintain asset records, warranty/AMC details, and spare parts inventory. Oversee installation & commissioning of equipment.
* Store Readiness & Inspections: Ensure full operational readiness of stores & commissary. Conduct routine inspections and keep records.
* Vendor & Procurement Coordination: Liaise with vendors, verify invoices, and manage PR/PO processes for maintenance needs.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards. Maintain documentation for audits.
* Team Supervision & Training: Supervise technicians and train store staff in basic troubleshooting.
* Emergency & Reporting: Provide after-hours support, coordinate urgent fixes, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

* Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Certification in HVAC, Electrical Safety, or Facilities Management (preferred)
* Familiarity with QSR equipment (ovens, chillers, mixers, HVAC, etc.) is an advantage
* Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, spare parts planning, and energy management

Experience:

* 3–5 years in maintenance operations within QSR, hospitality, or retail chains
* Experience managing multiple store locations and field technicians
* Proven ability in handling AMC contracts, food safety audits, compliance documentation, and procurement processes
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and logs
