Mechanical Supervisor

Position: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)

Education & Qualification:

• Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institute
• Proven track record of experience in construction / industrial projects

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial, petrochemical, or construction environments
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role, leading mechanical teams and managing site activities
• Strong experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution
• Exposure to handling site operations, manpower allocation, and reporting
• Experience with inspection and testing procedures of mechanical systems and equipment

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and maintenance practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals
• Experience in coordinating with other disciplines (electrical, civil, HVAC, etc.)
• Familiarity with safety standards and permit-to-work systems

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
