Mechanical Supervisor - Corrugation packaging

Roshan Packages Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor – Mechanical Maintenance to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal machine performance, lead a skilled maintenance team, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Overseeing mechanical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Managing a team of mechanics, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and codes.
• Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
• Preparing and managing project budgets.
• Conducting regular mechanical inspections of systems.
