Supervisor Mechanical

Network Services International, a leading manufacturer of control and relay panels in Pakistan, is looking for a Supervisor Mechanical to join our team.

· Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily factory operations and ensure smooth production workflow.

· Monitor fabrication, cutting, and fitting of panels.

· Manage factory staff and assign daily tasks to meet deadlines.

· Inspect finished panels to maintain high-quality standards.

· Coordinate with engineers and project teams for material and process improvements.

· Ensure safety protocols and maintenance of machines and equipment.

· Has knowledge of drawings for manufacturing panels.

Requirements:

· BE / B.Tech / DAE in Mechanical Engineering.

· 5–7 years of experience in panel manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

· Hands-on experience with AutoCAD drawings and CNC Machine will be an added advantage.
