Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Mechanical Engineer Supervisor to lead our technical field operations. This role is designed for a specialist who thrives in complex environments—specifically those involving large-scale industrial cooling, gas compression, and turnkey energy solutions.

You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of high-capacity systems, ensuring that our projects meet the rigorous standards expected in the Saudi Arabian industrial landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise a multidisciplinary team of technicians and junior engineers, ensuring high productivity and adherence to international engineering standards (ASME, API, and ASHRAE).
• System Oversight: Lead the installation and troubleshooting of industrial refrigeration packages, including screw and reciprocating compressors, evaporative condensers, and PLC-controlled cooling plants.
• Project Execution: Manage site activities for Oil & Gas or Food & Beverage clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to technical specifications.
• Technical Advisory: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing insights on system optimization, energy efficiency, and preventative maintenance cycles.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict HSE protocols, particularly regarding hazardous refrigerants (Ammonia/CO2) and pressurized systems in Oil & Gas zones.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Certification: SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) Professional Accreditation is highly preferred and prioritized.
• Experience: * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration or mechanical systems within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record in a supervisory or lead-hand role.
• Technical Mastery: * Deep understanding of Ammonia ($NH_3$) and CO2 systems.
• Experience with brands such as Jonson Controls, GEA, Mycom, or York is a significant advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret complex P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and Isometrics.
