Mechanical Supervisor - MEP

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Mechanical Supervisors to oversee HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting installation works on-site. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily mechanical installation activities (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
• Assign tasks and manage workforce efficiently to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and project managers.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations at all times.
• Prepare daily progress reports and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervision experience in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
