MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR - Aramco Experience Must

Job Purpose: Supervise installation and alignment of reciprocating compressors and associated rotating equipment in a brownfield refinery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mechanical installation of compressor skid, cylinders, pulsation dampeners
• Laser alignment of compressor shaft and electric motor (rigid coupling)
• Supervise equipment alignment to OEM tolerances (0.05mm)
• Manage rigging operations for heavy lifts (compressor components)
• Grouting supervision – cementitious and epoxy grouting of soleplates
• Oversee piping connections and flange management
• Preservation assessment of removed equipment
• Compliance with ASME and API standards for rotating equipment

Mandatory Requirements:

• 8+ years rotating equipment installation with 5+ years in KSA
• Direct experience with reciprocating compressor installation
• Laser alignment certification
• Grouting supervision experience
• Brownfield refinery experience (SABIC/Aramco)
• H2S, PTW, and confined space certification
• Transferable Iqama

Preferred:

• SASREF or similar SABIC refinery experience
• API 610, API 682 knowledge
• Aramco standards (SAMSS, SAES) familiarity

Salary Range: SAR 12,000 – 18,000/month

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per hour
