Mechanical Supervisor/Technician

Key Responsibilities (JDs):

• Machine Maintenance: Lead the mechanical maintenance of Production Machines .
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix mechanical issues related to rollers, tension control systems, gears, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
• Preventive Planning: Execute weekly and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
• Team Supervision: Manage a team of technicians and helpers for quick machinery overhauling.
• Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts for equipment.
• Safety & Efficiency: Ensure all machines operate under safety protocols and at maximum efficiency levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: DAE Mechanical .
• Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience .
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical alignments and high-speed machinery.
