Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair AHU, FAHU, FCU motors, and booster Pump related mechanical equipment.
Replace motor bearings, Pulleys, mechanical seals, and worn-out components efficiently.
Perform precise alignment of Blower, motors, and rotating equipment using proper tools.
Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with other maintenance teams for smooth operation of mechanical systems.
Perform basic electrical tasks related to motors and mechanical equipment, such as checking the Electrical connections, disconnecting and reconnection the Power supply.
Skills & Qualifications:
Field experience with motor bearings, Blower Bering, Fan Bearing, Motor Alignment, and mechanical seal replacement.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical systems.
Knowledge of pumps, motors, and rotating equipment operation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience:
Diploma or certificate in ITI or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in building facilities, campuses, or industrial environments.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights, if required.
Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and tools.
Good communication skills for reporting and coordination.
