Mechanical Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, debugging, and development of mechanical systems and products. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, along with proficiency in various software tools and methodologies. The Mechanical Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our products through hands-on work and collaboration with engineering teams.

Duties

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct debugging processes on existing products to identify and rectify issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and piping systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct routine inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Carry out alignment, balancing, and calibration of mechanical components when required.
• Report to the maintenance supervisor or engineer regarding equipment conditions and major findings.

Experience

• Diploma or Trade Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Technician in a facility maintenance, industrial, or MEP environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, pumps, HVAC support, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs independently.
