Job Description:
Rota International is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair heavy equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, supporting smooth operations on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, cranes, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Inspect, test, and service machinery to ensure safe operation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors on equipment status

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mechanical technician, specifically with heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and engines
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Physically capable of working in demanding environments
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Relevant certifications or technical diploma preferred
