Mechanical Technician – HT Bleaching & Tumble Dryer

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

∙Perform routine preventive maintenance on HT Bleaching machines and Tumble Dryers.

∙Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults related to pumps, valves, bearings, seals,

gearboxes, and drive systems.

∙Conduct inspections and identify worn or defective parts; recommend replacements or

repairs.

∙Maintain and service heating systems, steam lines, and temperature/pressure control

mechanisms.

∙Monitor machine performance during production and make adjustments to ensure

optimal operation.

∙Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and support efficient

workflow.

∙Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, repair logs, and service

reports.

Qualifications

∙Education: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

∙Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in mechanical operations and maintenance of HT

bleaching lines and tumble dryers strongly preferred.

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
