Port Crane RTG Greaser

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to work as a Port Crane RTG Greaser. The role is responsible for ensuring timely lubrication, cleaning, and basic maintenance of Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Cranes and associated equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations at the port.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily greasing and lubrication of RTG cranes and related mechanical parts.
• Inspect cranes for signs of wear, leaks, or lubrication failures.
• Assist maintenance team with routine servicing and cleaning of cranes.
• Ensure proper use of tools, greasing equipment, and lubricants.
• Follow maintenance schedules and report any abnormalities or mechanical issues.
• Maintain safety standards while working on cranes at height and in port environments.
• Keep records of greasing schedules and completed tasks.
• Support mechanics/technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Matric/DAE (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or greasing (preferably in port/crane operations).
• Knowledge of lubrication procedures and use of greasing tools.
• Physically fit and comfortable with working at heights.
• Safety-conscious with awareness of port safety standards.

Reporting Line:

• Reports to Crane Maintenance Supervisor/Foreman.

Location:

• Port / Terminal Operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
