   QUALIFICATIONS:
  
- B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering,
  
 - 
   7–10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in large-scale construction projects,
  
 - 
   Experience in mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection works,
  
 - 
   Strong understanding of U.S. projects and U.S. Government specifications,
  
 - 
   Familiarity with NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system standards,
  
 - 
   Hands-on experience in plumbing systems such as domestic water, storm and sanitary piping, fuel piping, and site utilities installation,
  
 - 
   Experience in HVAC works including mechanical room piping and HVAC equipment installation,
  
 - 
   Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of managing multidisciplinary site teams,
  
 - 
   Good command of written and spoken English,
  
 - 
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
  
 - 
   Analytical thinker, result-oriented, compatible, enthusiastic, positive, and energetic,
  
 - 
   No restriction to travel and abroad, able to relocate for a project.
  
 
   JOB DESCRIPTION:
  
- 
   Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities to ensure alignment with project specifications and schedules,
  
 - 
   Review design drawings, technical specifications, and submittals to verify compliance with project requirements,
  
 - 
   Monitor the installation and testing of plumbing and HVAC systems to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards,
  
 - 
   Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve site issues and maintain workflow,
  
 - 
   Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection documentation,
  
 - 
   Ensure implementation of U.S. and project-specific standards and specifications across all mechanical works,
  
 - 
   Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors during execution and testing phases.
