Mechanical Workshop Supervisor

We are a leading repair & maintenance workshop dealing with all brands including Japanese, Korean, American & European vehicles. We offer customers an alternate to expensive agency repairs.

We are immediately seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our mechanical workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Complete knowledge of vehicle repairs, maintenance and related activities like AC & Electrical repairs, identifying issues, guiding technicians, hands on work, ensuring job completion on time, etc.

Talk to customers and explain problem issues and their solutions to customers.

Allocate work and guide technicians to complete work on time.

Lead workshop with focus on safety, cleanliness, timely delivery & customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as required.

Coordinate with suppliers and track job deliveries.

Handle walk-in customers professionally.

Provide quotations, technical support, and drive growth.

Complete data entry of all jobs and complete reporting to Management.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in similar operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage overall performance.
