Mechanical/Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical/Electrical Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of MEP systems within facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, ensuring system reliability, and coordinating technical teams to deliver efficient facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and power distribution systems.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with operational standards.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians and subcontractors to achieve service delivery targets.
• Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems and identify maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review maintenance reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, facility users, and other stakeholders regarding maintenance activities and service requests.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and assist in maintenance planning and resource allocation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance of MEP systems and Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in commercial, residential, or institutional facilities.
• Experience in healthcare facilities maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
