Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Supervisor with 2–4 years of industrial experience to oversee electrical maintenance and installation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical technicians and electricians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical maintenance and installation activities.
• Coordinate and monitor electrical work to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults in industrial equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit requirements, and company procedures.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Monitor the quality of electrical work and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, installation, or supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, MCCs, transformers, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and VFDs is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
