Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic/Building Maintenance professional to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in auto mechanics, building maintenance, and general labor intensive duties. This role requires a hands-on individual who can maintain and repair vehicles as well as perform general building upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on gasoline and diesel engines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on company vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and machinery.
• Carry out general building maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in auto mechanics and building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of gasoline and diesel engine systems.

• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical problems and performing repairs.
