Mechatronics Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mechanical and electronic systems for event installations, interactive displays, and robotic setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, technical, and production) to implement innovative concepts.
• Develop automation, robotics, and control systems to enhance event experiences.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and electronics into prototypes and final installations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems during setup, rehearsal, and live events.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and precision of mechanical and electronic systems.
• Maintain proper documentation of designs, schematics, and technical procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical design, electronics, automation systems, and robotics.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) and control systems programming.
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and live experiences.

Preferred:

• Experience in event technology, stage automation, or interactive installations.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Arduino.
• Exposure to VR/AR or mixed reality technologies.
