About the Role:

Khawaja Industrial Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated female Mechatronics Engineer to join our team as a Production Management Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art machinery and grow into a leadership role within our production department. As a trainee, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, learning to manage advanced production cycles while developing essential leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight: Learn to supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

Advanced Equipment Handling: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot advanced industrial machinery and automation systems.

Team Supervision: Effectively manage and lead the female labor force, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

Process Improvement: Assist in identifying bottlenecks and implementing technical solutions to optimize workflow.

Maintenance Support: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure minimal downtime of electromechanical equipment.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience: Fresh Graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automation, control systems, and mechanics.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Residence: Preference will be given to candidates living in close proximity to Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore or those willing to relocate nearby.
