Mechatronics & Robotics Systems Engineer

We’re Offish Character Art Studio, and we’re on the hunt for a Mechatronics & Robotics Systems Engineer who’s as excited about turning wild ideas into real, working machines as we are.

What We're Looking For:

• Good knowledge of servo motor
• pwm (pulse width modulation) signal processing
• advanced Arduino ( sensor interfacing + programming)
• stepper motor operation with tb6600 driver using Arduino or esp32
• good knowledge of DC motor and H- bridge driver
• Knowledge of Gearbox and retio
• ⁠knowledge of AC DC power ( step down, step up, power distribution)
• BMS ( battery management system)
• Programming language (C,C++)
• Signal processing (UART, serial)
• Strong foundation in mechatronics, robotics, and electronics.
• Real-world, hands-on experience in building physical systems.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.), actuators, sensors, and embedded programming.
• Comfort with both hardware tools (drills, soldering irons, etc.) and software tools (CAD, PCB design, etc.).
• A curious mind and a passion for doing something different every day.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build experimental mechanical-electronic systems for art, installations, props, animatronics, and more.
• Integrate motors, sensors, controllers, and custom electronics into functional prototypes and real-world setups.
• Rapidly prototype new concepts using hands, tools, 3D printers, and microcontrollers.
• Tinker, test, debug, and improve systems on the go.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and creators to build never-seen-before tech-art hybrids.
