Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced aesthetic procedures
• Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns, develop customized treatment plans, and recommend suitable products or services
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry standards to deliver cutting-edge care
• Ensure all treatments are administered safely, adhering to health regulations and clinic protocols
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product usage to maximize results
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment logs, and consent forms in compliance with privacy policies
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism throughout all client interactions

Experience

• Valid state license as an Esthetician or Medical Esthetician required
• Proven experience in a med spa or skincare clinic preferred; enthusiasm for continuous learning is a plus
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare ingredients, and current aesthetic trends
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with diverse clients
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Certification or familiarity with laser treatments or other advanced aesthetic procedures is mandatory

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
