Z Med Spa is seeking an energetic, professional, and detail-oriented Med Spa Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the welcoming face of our med spa, you will play a vital role in daily operations while creating a warm, positive, and professional environment for every client. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and maintain a friendly, professional first impression
- Assist with product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and treatment options
- Assist with Botox parties and other events when needed
- Manage retail sales, including upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Accurately handle POS transactions, including cash and credit card processing
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Conduct inventory checks, restock products, and support merchandising efforts
- Provide assistance during treatments, product demonstrations, and promotional events
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments and responding to client inquiries
- Call and text clients to confirm upcoming appointments
- Conduct daily outreach calls to inactive or returning clients to re-engage and support scheduling
- Support supervising staff with daily operations
- Take before-and-after photos of med spa clients in compliance with clinic standards
- Assist with blood withdrawal for PRP procedures (as trained and permitted)
- Assist with pre-drawing medications for injectors under proper supervision
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized med spa treatment environment
- Assist in numbing clients’ faces prior to med spa procedures

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or the beauty/aesthetics industry preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly required to serve our diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with confidence in client interactions
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills required
- Background in upselling, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must present a professional appearance and attire suitable for a high-end med spa setting
