Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Med Spa Receptionist to join our team.

Pay: $500/week
Location: Doral, FL

Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Job Description: Answer phones, set appointments for specialists, greet patients when they come into the clinic, send automated responses to patients contacting the office & handle light clerical tasks. Would have to have an understanding of Microsoft Office/Word/Excel.

Please Note: If you are a Medical Assistant, or have your CNA, you are eligible for commission.

Duties

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the practice.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Maintain and update medical records accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers.
• Handle phone inquiries, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed.
• Process patient information using computerized systems, including ICD-9 coding when necessary.
• Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office supplies.
• Support office management tasks as required, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not necessary. If you are presentable, well-spoken, smile & professional you will do the job perfectly.
• Familiarity with beauty industry, health, wellness, weight-loss treatments, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in office management software and computerized systems for scheduling.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
