Simply Skin Med Spa

Simply Skin Medical Spa is seeking a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator to join our award-winning, physician-led medical aesthetics team. As the first and last person our clients see, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while helping our practice grow through outstanding service and relationship building.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Coordinate provider schedules and maintain accurate client records
• Educate clients on services, skincare products, memberships, and promotions
• Recommend retail skincare products and assist with sales
• Process payments and maintain an organized front office
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional, personalized experience
• Work collaboratively with our providers and clinical team

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Professional with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Confident discussing skincare products and aesthetic services (sales experience is a plus)
• Reliable, motivated, and a positive team player
• Previous customer service, medical office, hospitality, retail, or medical spa experience is preferred

Schedule

This is a part-time position requiring flexibility.

Applicants must be available to work:

• Evening shifts
• Saturdays
• Additional weekday hours as needed
